How It Works
Step 1. Choose Your Taps
The first step is to decide on the number of taps you want on your bar. This is the same as deciding the variety of alcohol you want to serve. We have 2-4 taps to choose from. Check out our tap packages for info on the pricing per tap and the best bar to suit your party size. Not sure which bar makes the most sense for your needs? That's what we're here for. Just tell us a little bit about your vision and we'll be happy to help!
Step 2. Secure Your Date
Once you’ve decided which bar package best suits your drinking needs, you’ll want to lock it down! In order to secure us for your special event, we'll need a signed agreement + 50% deposit. You've got a 14 day window to change your mind for a full refund {although we doubt you'll want to do that} and if for any reason your plans do change, we'll always work with you to move your date or offer a credit towards future use. You’ll pay the rest a month out from your event.
Step 3. Choose Your Booze
Finally the fun part! Time to choose your booze and decide on the quantity based on your guest count. Most breweries don’t take keg orders until 1 month out from your event date, so you’ll have plenty of time to decide! Once that time comes, choose the beer you want from one of the amazing fountains of hoppy malty goodness and place your keg order with that brewery. Options for your bar are limitless! Step 4. Celebrate!
Time to sit back and let us do all the work! We will deliver the bar and tap system as well as pick up and deliver your prepaid kegs from the brewery to your event. Wet your whistle and party on! Our tap system will ensure that your beer will stay cold and flow smoothly until the kegs run dry. After the festivities we will return your kegs back to the brewery, just leave it all to us.
